Regular Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings. 

 Chi Kung Class (New!)

Class times: 7:00-7:55

Fundamentals and Beginner T'ai Chi Ch'uan:

T'ai Chi Ch'uan Fundamentals (includes Chi Kung)

Entering students start in the Fundamentals class. As they advance, their class time expands to include other classes.

Class times: 7:00-8:25 pm 

Yang Style T'ai Chi Ch'uan Form-First Stage

Class times: 8:00-8:50 pm

Intermediate and Advanced:

Yang Style T'ai Chi Chuan Form- second stage;  beginner push-hands 

Class times: 8:15-9:15 pm  

Yang Style T'ai Chi Ch'uan Form- third stage; advanced push-hands/martial applications 

Class Times: 8:15-9:45 pm

OPTIONAL - advanced Chi Kung; martial applications and advanced push-hands; 32 step sword form

Class Times: 9:00-9:45 pm
